of our North American clients. Resonance
also has a COS registered with European
authorities for more than 5 years now.

2009 - Opening of the wholly owned subsidiary
in the US:
We opened our US office on April 2, 2009
led by Tushar Gore PhD. The office is located
in Parsippany, New
Jersey and we are looking to
establish a client base in the US and strengthen
the existing base in Europe with efforts
led from this office. Tushar Gore joins
us after several years in pharmaceutical
and chemicals marketing with global companies
such as Novo Nordisk, Sun Chemical and McKinsey
& Company.

2009 - Oxybutynin Chloride audit:
Our facilities in India were audited to
evaluate us as a supplier for Oxybutynin
Chloride for a major generic manufacturer.
The initial observations from the report
based on ICH Q7 guidelines were all complied
with and a final review is scheduled in
a few weeks after which Resonance will be
a qualified supplier of Oxybutynin Chloride.

2009 - Innovation centre Phase I:
We started construction of phase I of the
innovation centre. It is scheduled for completion
in June and the innovation centre is planned
for accommodating R&D activities. With
growing emphasis on Research and Development
activities, we have plans for further growth
of the innovation centre in additional phases.
