The Resonance team is well balanced with expertise
in chemistry, regulatory, production, and in overall
project management. The senior management has
extensive experience with multinational pharmaceutical
and chemical companies such as Astra Pharmaceuticals
(now Astra Zeneca), SmithKline (now GSK), Novo
Nordisk and global consulting organizations such
as McKinsey & Company.
CEO: K.N. Subbaswami,
Ph.D.
Dr. Subbaswami started Resonance Labs in Bangalore
in 1984. He has more than 40 years of experience
in the field. A Ph.D. in Chemical technology
and post doctoral experience at Vanderbilt
University, Dr. Subbaswami worked at multinational
organizations such as SmithKline & French
and Astra IDL in various technical and managerial
functions prior to starting Resonance.
President, US: Tushar
Gore, Ph.D.
Dr. Gore recently started the Resonance operations
in New Jersey, US and is a board member of
the company. Dr. Gore completed his Ph.D.
in Chemical Engineering from the University
of Minnesota. Tushar has worked in the pharmaceutical
and chemical industries with experience at
McKinsey & Company, Novo Nordisk and Sun
Chemicals before joining Resonance.
Manager, R&D:
S.Shanmugam, M.S.
Mr. Shanmugam heads up the research and development
team at Resonance and is responsible for quality
systems as well. He has been with the company
for more than 10 years and has been a driver
of many of the company’s successes with
its current partners.
Manager, Commercial:
G.C.Sastry, B.A. (Commerce)
Mr. Sastry heads up all commercial activities
including supply chain for Resonance. Mr.
Sastry has played a pivotal role in Resonance’s
export oriented growth by ensuring a seamless
logistical operation. He is an expert on all
regulations and licensing requirements for
exporting chemicals (also ones requiring special
handling such as narcotic analgesics).
Manager, Projects:
B.C. Anjaneyalu, B.S.
Mr. Anjaneyalu has been with Resonance for
over 20 years. He is in-charge of site management,
maintenance , and special projects. The phenomenal
infrastructure growth and the accident-free
record of the company are in large part due
to his dedicated efforts and achievements.
Manager, Production:
V.V. Inamdar, M.S.
Mr. Inamdar has been with Resonance since
its inception in Bangalore , and has held
several roles through his 25 years of service.
Currently, he is in-charge of all production
activities and brings his expertise and knowledge
of the various chemistries in running an efficient
production process.
Manager, Finance:
M. Ravi, M.A. (Commerce)
Mr. Ravi manages all the finance and accounting
activities for Resonance. He has more than
15 years of experience in the field and due
to his competence and knowledge of accounting
principles, Resonance has extremely sound
book-keeping and financial reporting.
